If you have filled out your form ACCURATELY you will receive notification from us shortly that we have received your submission via the e-mail account you gave us .

 

We are having problems with people who have HOTMAIL, YAHOO and AOL accounts in which your spam filters are treating our confimation e-mails as SPAM. This will result in your not seeing our e-mail with your client code.

  • If you DID NOT receive an e-mail confirmation quickly please check your bulk or Spam mail folder to see if it has been placed there. Yahoo and HOTMAIL can have delays if up to 20 mins.
  • If it IS THERE, please click on the button your program uses to say "this is NOT spam". Otherwise your approval e-mail will also go to your Spam folder and you will not receive your Client Code
  • If your confirmation e-mail is NOT there , chances are you have mistyped your e-mail address on the form and we suggest you e-mail us with your full name and correct e-mail address.
  • If you did not receive your confirmation e-mail within 24 hours please check your spam / bulk folder before e-mailing or calling.

90% of the time the problem is mistyping your e-mail address.
